THE GREAT CANADIAN WILDERNESS MOTORCYCLE TOUR (SUMMER 2019)

TOUR DATES

  • 1ST Tour: June 15-June 29
  • 2nd Tour: July 13 - July 27
  • 3rd Tour: August 17-August 31

Discover the wilderness of Canada this summer (2019) with our Great Canadian Wilderness Motorcycle Tour. For 15 days and nearly 3,000 kilometers, immerse yourself on Canada’s scenic places and great roads.
 

DAY 1: UPON ARRIVAL:

  •  Arrival at Toronto International Airport
  • Check in at hotel

DAY 2: TORONTO CITY TOUR

  • 8:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 10:00 AM:  Tour of City of Toronto
  • 1:00 pm: Lunch
  • 7:00 pm: Group dinner

     

Toronto, the capital of the province of Ontario, is a dynamic city with great skyscrapers, and famous for the iconic free-standing CN Tower. The city welcomes over 40 million visitors annually and considered as the leading tourism destination in the whole of Canada.

DAY 3: RIDE - OSHAWA TO KILLARNEY

  • 8:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 10:00 AM: Departure (ride) from Oshawa to Parry Sound
  • 1:00 PM: Arrival at Parry Sound (Lunch)
  • 2:00 PM: Departure from Parry Sound, Ride to Killarney Mountain Lodge
  • 4:00 PM: Arrival at Killarney Mountain Lodge
  • 7:00 PM: Group dinner

     

Killarney is a municipality located on the northern shore of Georgian Bay in the Sudbury District of Ontario. Fishing is one of the favorite activities of locals and tourists in this area. After a beautiful day of exploration and fishing in the water, get relaxed on Killarney’s Mountain Lodge.

DAY 4: FISHING AT KILLARNEY MOUNTAIN LODGE

  • 6:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 7:00 AM: Fishing trip
  • 1:00 PM: Return to lodge / lunch
  • Relax (free afternoon)

    

DAY 5: SUDBURY

  • 8:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 10:00 AM: Departure from Killarney To Sudbury
  • 12:30 PM: Arrival at Sturgeon Falls (Lunch-the best Poutine in Canada)
  • 1:30 PM: Departure from Sturgeon Falls
  • 4:00 PM: Arrival at Sudbury
  • 7:00 PM: Group dinner

Greater Sudbury, commonly referred to as Sudbury, is one of the cities in Ontario, Canada and is the largest in Northern Ontario. Sudbury has many attractions and known for its seasonal adventures. It is also in Sudbury where one of the largest nickel deposits in Canada are found, and where the Big Nickel is located. It’s a nine-meter (30ft) replica of a 1951 Canadian nickel, situated at the ground of the Dynamic Earth science museum in Sudbury. At one point, Sudbury was previously known as the “Nickel Capital of the World” 

    

DAY 6: RIDE - SUDBURY TO FOLEYET

  • 8:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 10:00 AM: Departure from Sudbury
  • 12:30 PM: Arrival at Gogama (Lunch)
  • 1:30 PM: Departure from Gogama
  • 4:00 PM: Arrival at Foleyet (Check-in at Air Ivanhoe Lodge)
  • 7:00 PM: Group dinner

    

DAY 7: RIDE - FOLEYET TO MARMAC LODGE

  • 7:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 8:00 AM: Departure from the lodge then travel to Chapleau
  • 11:30 AM: Arrival at Chapleau
  • 1:35 PM: Train to Mar Mac Lodge

    

Mar Mac Lodge is situated on the remote shores of beautiful 27-mile-long Esnagi Lake and has been providing the highest quality fishing and hunting trips available in Canada. The beautiful lodge allows the guests to experience the wilderness of Ontario, Canada with its modern cabins and 18-foot cedar strip boats used in fishing.

DAY 8: FISHING AT MAR MAC LODGE

  • 5:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 6:00 AM: Gone fishing
  • 4:00 PM: Return to Lodge
  • 7:00 PM: Group dinner

    

DAY 9: RIDE - MAR MAC LODGE TO ELLIOT LAKE

  • 7:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 9:00 AM: Departure from lodge to train station
  • 10:30 AM: Train to Chapleau
  • 1:00 PM: Arrival at Chapleau
  • 2:30 PM: Departure from Chapleau
  • 6:30 PM: Arrival at Elliot Lake / check-in at Laurentian Lodge

     

Elliot lake is city in Algoma district, Ontario Canada and once dubbed as the ‘uranium capital of the world. Now, Elliot Lake is known as a place for affordable retirement living, waterfront cottage lots and as a four-season destination.

DAY 10: RIDE - ELLIOT LAKE TO LION’S HEAD

    

  • 8:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 10:00 AM: Departure from Laurentian Lodge
  • 1:00 PM: Arrival at Southbay Mouth (Lunch)
  • 2:00 PM: Board ferry
  • 3:00 PM: Departure to Tobermory
  • 5:00 PM: Arrival at Tobermory
  • 6:00 PM: Arrival at Lion’s head and check-in to motel

    

DAY 11: RIDE - LION’S HEAD TO GRAND BEND

  • 8:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 10:00 AM: Departure from Lion’s Head
  • 1:00 PM: Arrival at Grand Bend
  • ( free afternoon / free dinner)
     

    

Grand Bend is a community located on the shores of Lake Huron in Southwestern Ontario, Canada. It has 66 kilometers of shoreline and has 20 area beaches. One of the resorts located in Grand Bend is the Oakwood Resort. This resort is nestled within a natural setting with large mature trees, beautiful greeneries, and a Par 70 golf course.

DAY 12: GRAND BEND (Free Day)

It’s a Free Day, free to do whatever you like. You can go golfing at the exclusive Oakwood golf club or spend some time on the beach….or you can do both….it’s up to you.

    

DAY 13: RIDE - GRAND BEND TO NIAGARA FALLS

  • 8:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 10:00 AM: Depart from Grand Bend
  • 12:00 PM: Visit Delhi Tobacco Museum
  • 12:30 PM: Lunch in Delhi
  • 1:30 PM: Depart from Delhi
  • 4:00 PM: Arrive at Niagara Falls / Check-in at hotel
    (Free Time)

    

DAY 14: NIAGARA FALLS

  • 8:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 10:00 AM: Boat tour (Maid of the Mist)
  • 12:00 NOON: Free afternoon / Free evening

    

Niagara Falls, Ontario, is a Canadian city at the famous waterfalls of the same name, linked with the U.S. by the Rainbow Bridge. There are many attractions here such as the Maid of the Mist, which will take you on an excursion into the basin of Niagara Falls State Park’s Horseshoe Falls.

DAY 15: RIDE - NIAGARA TO OSHAWA

  • 8:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 10:00 AM: Depart from hotel
  • 1:00 PM: Arrival at Oshawa / Drop-off motorcycles / Lunch
    (Group goodbye) (transportation + airport or hotel)

Motorcycle Insurance - Our motorcycles are fully insured.  A 2,000 Euros. the maximum deductible will apply in case of an accident or damage to the motorcycle regardless of who’s at fault. Please note that this does not include personal medical insurance, personal accident insurance or trip cancellation insurance.

  • Airfare is not included in the tour price.
  • Obtaining Canadian Visa and cost is the responsibility of the rider. In the event a visa has been refused, a full refund will be given provided a written notice of 60 days of the Tour Date is submitted to our company.
